Returns Policy

We offer a money back guarantee with goods sent back within 7 days of delivery on the understanding that it is new, unopened and unused. Any signs of usage or damage will not be refunded.

Any item that arrives damaged get the courier to take it back and do not accept it. If you are happy with your item on arrival, you must check it before signing for it as no refund can be given after the driver has left.

You must sign your parcel as unchecked as we cannot refund on something that you have happily signed for on the day. Any returns made no refund will be given on the postage this is your responsibility.

If any items are found faulty, we will endeavour to get you a replacement as soon as is possible. Faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receiving them after which no refund will be given. Any items made to order cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
